Return & Refund Policy

At RasPhal.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fruits and certain food products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged or spoiled product.
You received the wrong item.
The product is missing from your order.
The product was delivered in an unusable condition.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order.

2. Proof Required

To process your request, please provide:

Your Order ID.
Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
A brief description of the problem.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Products consumed or partially used.
Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect.
Change-of-mind purchases.
Requests made more than 12 hours after delivery

4. Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

Issue a full or partial refund, or
Send a replacement product, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or you experience any delivery-related issues, please contact our customer support team. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
