1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected serviceable locations. During checkout, you can verify whether delivery is available for your area by entering your delivery address or PIN code.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched on the same day or the next available delivery slot.
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time may be processed on the next Delivery day.

3. Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time displayed during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any promotional offers for free delivery will be subject to the terms and conditions of the offer.

5. Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional delivery charges may apply or the order may be cancelled.

6. Fresh Produce

Our fruits and vegetables are carefully selected and packed before dispatch. Because fresh produce is naturally variable, slight differences in size, color, weight, or appearance are normal and do not affect quality.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos or a short video. We will review your request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
